Curfew Lifted & Internet starts in silver city Cuttack

Cuttack, 07-10-2025 : Normalcy has been returned to Siver City Cuttack reknowned for it’s Bhaichara. The Curfew has been lifted around 10 am today & all the inernet services restarted by the evening 7 pm. The maturity of the city has been seen today as we felt everything as usual like previous days.

In late night of Visarjan day of Maa Durga, some rift happened in two communities instigated by some fringe elements from Muslim community as per reports. Police lathicharged and controlled the situation. But on next day Vishwa Hindu Parishad announced a 12 hour Bandh on 06-10-2025. Simultaneously a Bike rally was organised on 5th October evening but when they reached near Dargah Bazar area few people started violence and put fire to small shops vandalising the complete area. Also they pelted stones on police due to which police lathicharged and subsequently curfew has been ordered in 13 police stations area of the City.

But the whole incident were condemned by the peace loving people of Cuttack and due to everyone’s initiative normalcy has been returned back.
